The service

SYSREK Nest is a subscription software service for managing residential buildings. Features depend on the plan chosen.

Fees

Plan fees are listed on our website, exclude GST, and are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Payment-gateway charges are separate.

The association’s responsibilities

The association is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for obtaining residents’ consent where needed, and for decisions it makes using the software, including tax filings.

Tax and accounting features

GST, TDS and compliance features are tools to help, not legal or tax advice. Settings should be confirmed by the association’s chartered accountant.

Data

The association owns its data and can export it at any time. On cancellation we keep it for [60] days for export, then delete it, except records we must keep by law.
