Pricing questions
Is it really free for 45 days?
Yes. Every plan includes a 45-day free trial with no credit card. If you decide not to continue, your account is paused and your data is kept.
Is the price per flat?
No. You pay one price for the whole building. A 32-flat building on Nest Basic pays ₹99 a month in total, about ₹3 per flat.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing period.
What does yearly billing save?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. Nest Basic is ₹990 a year, Nest Plus ₹2,990 and Nest Pro ₹7,990.
Is GST extra?
Yes. Prices exclude 18% GST. You receive a proper GST invoice from SYSREK Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd.
What does assisted setup include?
We import your flats, owners and opening dues from your Excel, set up your charges and train your committee. It is a one-time ₹999, free on yearly plans.
